Greetings Pain-fans new and old,
Yes we know we're on 'down-time' at the moment, but we have a couple
of newsworthy things to tell you about, just make sure you're sitting
comfortably and we'll tell all.

First up a reminder about our little night we do every month, we're
still finding new gems to play, and we now have a proper blog where
you can download mixes and mp3s and watch videos and stuff.  There's
setlists too – so you can see what we play.

in April this year and we all have some nasty looking rash-thing going
on.
